The eDMX8 MAX is a high-performance DMX512 node built for demanding entertainment and architectural lighting applications. Housed in a durable metal enclosure, it offers eight fully isolated DMX512 ports that can be individually configured as inputs or outputs.
Supporting Art-Net I, II, III, IV and sACN (E1.31) protocols, the eDMX8 MAX integrates seamlessly into modern lighting control networks. Advanced HTP and LTP stream merging allows multiple controllers to work together by combining two Art-Net sources, Art-Net with DMX input, or two DMX inputs into a single output.
The built-in recording and playback function allows complete lighting shows to be stored on a microSD card for standalone operation. An integrated real-time clock enables scheduled playback even during intermittent power conditions.
Power can be supplied via PoE (IEEE 802.3af/at) or USB-C, while USB-DMX functionality adds further flexibility for programming and testing. Available with either 3-pin or 5-pin Neutrik XLR connectors, the eDMX8 MAX is equally suited for fixed installations and touring applications.
