The new patented 'Perfect Push' load wheel, featuring 5 pockets and 5 intermediate teeth, ensures precise and reliable chain engagement. This patented concept is a critical component of the chain management system, minimizing the risk of chain twisting or jamming.

CHAINFlux MKII Guide Block System

The CHAINFlux MKII® guide block design provides smooth horizontal load chain discharge and neat storage in the chain bag, reducing the risk of twisting. A built-in drainage hole prevents water accumulation inside the housing.

Limitflux Limit Switch with Magnetic Discs

The integrated Limitflux limit switch is built into the CHAINFlux MKII® assembly and comes standard on low-voltage hoists. It allows setting precise end stop limits using two magnetic discs that can be easily positioned and locked along the load chain.
